Why do we see so few saved? The problem is not with God. Jesus Christ said the harvest is plentiful. The problem is the labourers are few. (Matthew 9:37-38) Church ministry must focus on making and multiplying disciples that will go out to plant the gospel seed in the world. Another reason we see so little fruit is because believers are too focused on witnessing to the hard soil people. Unbelievers can be divided into 3 types of people like a traffic light: red light, yellow light, and green light. We cannot spend too much time on the red light people that are not interested in the gospel. We have to focus on looking for the yellow light and green light people that God have prepared and ready to hear the gospel. The sermon will give insight on what to do when you meet with the red light, yellow light, and green light people. Let's pray earnestly to the Lord of the harvest to send out labourers into his harvest.
